  24. If you get their email address wrong, the nameserver is down, or any
  25. other problems arise, the email could well wind up in some random
  26. postmaster's mailbox. That excludes the time it winds up sitting in
  27. disk queues waiting to be shipped somewhere else. You have little or
  28. no control over most of these things.

  32. Check with them. If you're not comfortable sending them email with a
  33. CC number in it, try one of the more traditional alternatives.
